If you want to head to Dotonbori without worrying about rain, your best bet is staying near Namba Station (Nankai, Midosuji Line, or JR Namba) and walking through Namba Walk. It is a massive, air-conditioned underground shopping avenue spanning over 700 meters. Packed with casual eateries, ramen spots, bakeries, cafes, fashion boutiques, and souvenir shops. Walk straight under the streets with zero rain, then pop up right near the covered arcades leading into Dotonbori.- USE THE ELEVATOR ACCESS OUTSIDE HOTEL AND U WILL SEE FAMILY MART LEFT TURN ROUTE TO UNDERGROUND NAMBA WALK"
