"Almost a perfect stay! I’d say everything is good, the parking, room condition, cleaniness is fine. Location is wonderful, 3 minutes walk to Sakura Machi, where my kids spent nearly whole day to play around. However, the breakfast can be improved, first thing the seat vacant is not enough, got crowded when i started my breakfast at around 8:30, and food choice could be more. Other than that I strongly recommend!!"

"We love staying at this hotel, looking forward to coming back. Every staffs service is better than lots of other 5star hotels. There’s only small issues was on the second day’s cleaning, the cleaner forgot to clean the wash basin, didn’t remove dirty tissue from the bedside bends. Must be running out of time to complete "
