"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

"This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake."

"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"I stayed for 2 months while i was buying and closing on a house in The Villages. The space was perfect for my needs and my dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is ideal, close to everything. Walking distance to Canal Rec center and pool. Two minute drive to Sumter Landing."

"This villa was just on the border of Spanish Springs close to Lake Sumter. It is an older villa. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens. Master bathroom is very small. In my opinion, I think it was a bit overpriced……newer villas that are more updated with a golf cart are priced the same as this one. Owners did a great job with the new flooring through the home. "My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible.
