Villa San Matilde is an attractive villa with spacious terraces, an inviting pool and plenty of room for sunbathing. The villa has bright airy interiors with 2 separate lounges creating a relaxing ambiance. It's only a 5 minute drive from the vibrant resort centre of Playa Blanca. Here you will find splendid beaches and a choice of seafront restaurants and bars to enjoy. Air conditioning/ heating in 2 bedrooms and both lounges, WiFi and pool heating are included.

Villa San Matilde is a semi detached villa located only 25 minutes' walk or just a 5 minute drive from Playa Blanca centre. There is a plethora of choice to dine or shop including charming seafront cafes and bars to tempt you. The stylish Rubicon Marina is only 5 minutes’ drive away and you can find designer shops, a la carte menus or late night cocktails beside the impressive yachts moored there. Don’t forget to visit the resort’s 3 beautiful beaches - Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo. They all offer golden sand, azure sea and the warmth of the Canarian sunshine – the perfect recipe for an unforgettable holiday.
