Very clean apartment, 1hr walk along coast to Playa Blanca or local bus 15min. Wouldn't stay again due to poor outlook from pool area and Residential estate was poorly kept. 2 neighbours had dogs 1 set barked during the day, 1 barked through the night, disturbing our peace.

The vrbo position for this property is incorrect. It is on the edge of a badly maintained, working residential estate each neighbour has at least 2 dogs some had 4. Dogs bark, sometimes all afternoon!!! The ground at the rear of the property is being used as a rubbish dump again the picture on vrbo is missleading.

Eerst en vooral het vinden van de woning. Het adres was zelfs de taxichauffeur niet bekend. Hier zou een gedetailleerde routebeschrijving helpen! Ook de toegang was een probleem. Een elektronisch deurslot dient bedient met uw gsm om toegang te krijgen. De app hiervoor heb ik pas de dag daarna kunnen downloaden na regelmatig telefonisch contact met de eigenaar. Dit dient op voorhand meegedeeld en geregeld! De grootte van de kookpotten was niet voldoende. Op ons verzoek om een grotere kookpot kon niet ingegaan worden. Heb ook moeten verzoeken om een tussentijdse poetsbeurt (verblijf van 12 nachten) terwijl dit in de omschrijving spontaan werd aangeboden. De honden van de buren waren luidruchtig terwijl regelmatig keiharde muziek te horen viel, ook van de buur.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das öffentliche Bussystem ist sehr zuverlässig und günstig. Es befanden sich alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, größere Supermärkte etc. sind sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Un petit bémol à cause des aboiements des chiens du voisinage mais nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et l’accessibilité des lieux. Les paysages lunaires magnifiques, couchers et levers de soleil paradisiaques. Des bus amènent à Playa blanca centre et il est facile d’y louer un véhicule pour les visites. Lanzarote est une île magnifique. La maison est bien équipée et l’hôte est sympathique, à l’écoute de vos besoins.

Das Haus und Möbel sind in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Der Check-in und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter funktionierten unkompliziert! Obwohl das Haus einen Gemeinschaftspool hat, hatten wir ihn eigentlich immer für uns alleine. Können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Liebe Grüße Familie Fischer

We had a lovely stay, pool was amazing and the place was very clean and crisp. Rooms were a great size. The only thing that could be of some help is fans in the bedrooms for the hot nights. It’s residential so we did have to put up with some local dog barking which was annoying at times. We would suggest having some sort of Welcome Folder with a little information about the area. Which could include Bus information recommendations of where to eat, visit etc. Overall a great place to stay

Really well equipped, clean and tidy town house in residential development. 5 minutes walk from 'Faro Park' bus stop (every 30mins). Supermarket and restaurants also 5 minutes walk. Pool is excellent and only shared between 4/5 properties. We had a great week and would recommend.

¡Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía! El apartamento era encantador, muy limpio y recién renovado. El anfitrión fue genial, nos recibió al llegar y nos mostró los alrededores. Lo único negativo es que hay muchos perros en los alrededores de los apartamentos y nos mantuvieron despiertos por la noche con sus ladridos. Además, al reservar el área indicada antes de que obtuviéramos, la dirección estaba rodeada por un círculo en el área de marina rubicon, este apartamento está a unos 15 minutos en automóvil hacia el oeste desde allí. En general, una gran estancia y definitivamente volveríamos a reservar. ¡muchas gracias! We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was lovely, very clean and newly updated. The host was great, met us on arrival and showed us around. The only negatives, there are a lot of dogs in the apartments surrounding and we were kept awake at night with their barking. Also when booking the area stated before we got the address was circled in the marina rubicon area, this apartment is about 15mins drive west from there. overall, great stay and we would definitely book again. thanks very much!

Un logement très confortable, moderne donnant sur un espace piscine, pas très loin à pied d'un petit supermarché , et de la balade du bord de mer.Le propriétaire nous a chaleureusement accueilli et a été très facilement accessible tout au long du séjour
