The holiday villa consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a dishwasher, and a barbecue as well as a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair, making this property ideal for families. The outdoor area has everything your heart could desire and ensures a maximum level of privacy for your holiday relaxation: a large terrace with a shady seating area and sun loungers, a generous pool that invites you to refresh yourself after sunbathing, and a beautifully landscaped garden with lava rocks and palm trees, where you can stroll during the colorful sunsets and peer out over the mountains and the sea on the horizon. While there are a few restaurants close by in Las Breñas, the lively area of Playa Blanca, with its large array of shops, restaurants, cafes and assorted activities, is only about a 10-minute drive from the property. The golden, sandy beach of Playa Blanca is 10 km or a 14-minute drive away.
