"The hotel is great overall. Couple things that kind of kept jumping at me:
1. A need to better train the table cleaning staff dutring breakfast. They have a tendency to clean dishes (not the table) right in a front of people having breakfast instead of taking dirty dishes to the stations and do it there.
2. The materials used for walls is mostrly wooden venner taht is glossy. It's good and bad. Good for overall look of luxury, thowever it requires more cleaning maintenenace to keep it clean. In the halls, on the doors and inside of room there numerous visible"
