"Ultimate relaxation environment! Staff extremely helpful even with language barrier the desk clerks went above and beyond to help us with travel arrangements, taxis, food delivery, and more. The breakfast was incredible with the servers and chefs kindly providing an ultimate Japanese experience. "Very relaxing hotel. Close to the cable car. Delicious food, easy going and big room. We were allowed to make use of the onsen opposite the hotel and the could also use the one in the hotel. Spectacular views and very friendly staff. They speak English and Japanese."

"Whenever I come to Kashiwa, The Sotetsu Fresa Inn is where I always choose to stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the train line, it is close to lots of shopping and food choices. But most importantly, they truly try to cater to your needs with the amenities they provide. So, I enjoy my time there and will be visiting them again very soon. "
