Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder and a blender.

The cabin had an amazing view of the ocean and great beach access right from the yard. The home itself is older but priced accordingly.

The ocean views from the dining area and living room are spectacular and the easy beach access make it 5* in terms of location. The property has more of an older cabin feel and furnishings could use some updating but overall the location made for an excellent stay. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful View!!
This was the 2nd time we have stayed. The view of the beach is why we stay there.The carpets need cleaned.

Lovely
Absolutely loved our experience at the beachfront chamer. Kitchen was very well accommodated, beds are comfortable, views are spectacular.

Fantastic stay! This was our third visit to the Beachfront Charmer and I know we’ll be back again! It’s comfortable and has a location that can’t be beat. This year we were whale watching from the house and had such beautiful weather. It feels like our home away from home. Thank you for sharing with us!

Fun with friends
It was time for our annual beach visit with our friends from childhood. The house was just right for us. We enjoyed long beach walks and whale watching right from the yard.
We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Location, location, location!
The property was perfect for all things beach related…the view from the living and dining rooms, walks on the beach, dog walking on the beach, and the sound of surf at bedtime. The property was clean, a bit worn, but perfect for us and the ability to have my dog. Just lovely.

Great beach location
We enjoyed the location, views, beach access, and vintage charm of the house. The kitchen was great and well-stocked. Unfortunately the house really needed to be deep-cleaned, especially dusting shelves, cleaning under beds and in corners, cleaning furniture, etc.

Ocean view and quick access
Great home with character and space. Feels very private but only a short drive to the markets and shopping. Has direct access down to the beach which has very little foot traffic. We watched more seals compared to people. Thanks for sharing your home. Highly recommended.

It’s all about the view
This property is wonderfully positioned on the beach, with great views from the deck and even from one of the king beds, a great way to wake up. The furnishings are tired and worn. But the nearness to the shore and awesome views make up for it.

This property is very special, and will always be memorable to us. First, the inside of the home is like stepping back a couple decades but in a charming and endearing way! From the original wood paneling, doors, & cabinets, to the subtle nautical/ocean themes in the little details around the house, it really made for a unique “home” feel that was perfect for our small private wedding. Everyone felt so comfortable from the second we arrived. There was ample bedroom, bathroom, and living space for five adults, but I think several more plus children could’ve fit comfortably if necessary. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/utensils/pans and ready to be used to cook full meals there was coffee, tea, and an excellent dining area with an unbeatable ocean view. Speaking of which, the beach access path was perfect and although older adults may have a bit of trouble with a few of the stairs, the beach was simply amazing. Clean and far from overcrowded, we spent a ton of time exploring for seashells, dipping in the (freezing) water, and simply relaxing on the sand. Overall this property is a 10/10, full stop. It is not the most modern, luxurious, or “perfect” place, but it has a charm like nothing i’ve ever stayed in and we couldn’t stop repeating “it couldn’t have been a more perfect place to get married.”

Oh man! It was beautiful!!! Just a nice quiet birthday with a couple close friends. Watched seals in the morning and took pictures at night of the sky. It was a nice departure from the grind

This is our 3rd Christmas in Beachfront Charmer. We love the location, the number of bedrooms and bathroom. It fits our family. This home is clean, has a well stocked kitchen and lovely view. Even in cold winter weather, we are about to sit on the deck and watch the waves. Love this place.

Our favorite!
This was our second stay at the Beachfront Charmer and it is our absolute favorite little house. The location is nice and quiet. Beach access directly from the property and a backyard to spend time in. It feels like home.
We had an issue with the microwave not working during our stay and the property mangers were able to get us a new one the next morning. It was so appreciated!!
We will definitely stay here again if we can snag a reservation!

We’ve been using Ocean Odyssey rentals for about 15 years now and this has to be one of our fav rentals! It’s the first time we’ve been to this house and it did not disappoint! The home was cozy and has everything we needed and the location was superb! I don’t have one negative thing to say about it! We cannot wait to go back to Beachfront Charmer!

The location of this house is gorgeous. You can't beat the view! But this house has not been updated since the 1950s. It needs new furniture, carpets, and lighting (so dark in the kitchen and dining areas!). Chairs at dining table are falling apart (wheels fall off). Decks will need replacing very soon. Needs a propane BBQ. It wouldn't take much to update it and make it more new and modern.

Beautiful view during king tides. Felt very safe, just watched the tide table and went on the beach at low tide. We have been to this house many times before and it is always very comfortable for us. This time we even watched the tv which was easy to manage and much larger than our one at home. The kitchen has good quality pots and pans and everything is in working order.
