"I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. "I highly recommend Oakwood Residence! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area. It’s also close enough to the heart of Hanoi to easily explore the city while still being in a quieter area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"The accommodation is perfect for what I wanted for my short stay in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful with guiding me how to get there. The room is clean and equipped with basic amenities like an induction, microwave, kettle etc. enough for you to make a quick light meal. I will definitely stay there again if travelling back to the area."

"Some area of the bed was dirty but everything else was good. Nice they had a washing machine and Netflix for you to use. Responsive. English speaking"

"Loved this little apartment. Modern and clean, lots of storage, comfortable bed, strong & hot shower. Friendly and helpful staff, easy and quick check in. I would definitely love to return for a longer stay. Thanks"

"Clean apartment. Plenty of room for my Uncle and myself. Close to many restaurants and shops. Maybe a bit of a ride to old town but if you want a two bedroom, two bath apartment, very hard to find in old town for a reasonable price. Very good value for money spent."
