"Issue with room on arrival but was rectified the next day with reasonable compensation.
Hotel very clean and tidy. Food was exceptional, drinks standards were average.
Would easily stay here again"
"This was probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. The hosts and staff were fantastic and really provide everything you need.
The apartment was really unique in terms of design but had everything you needed. It was spotlesssly clean and we had toiletries, and dishwashing items provided. We had tea and coffee making essentials and they were replenished daily.
We had shocking weather on our last day but the host very kindly let us have the room a little longer than the usual check out time.
I loved the fact that there were no hidden extra and they weren’t trying to charge you for everything, they certainly go the extra mile to give you a relaxed stay.
If I had to be critical I would say that the only problem we had was the inconsistency in temperature of the shower running hot then cold.
The actual complex itself is beautifully designed. A local waitress asked where we were staying and when we told her she said “ah you’re in Mamma Mia land” and she was right! The pool and bar area was attractive day and night.
All in all, I would highly recommend. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants."
"We had a lovely suite with a pool. Great Southwest exposure with spectacular views and sunshine. We ate all of our dinners there as the food was so tasty, many options on the menu, and the servers were attentive and responsive. One of the ladies in the restaurant, Jenny, was extremely helpful and once she knew I liked to drink hot water, she had it for me every time without me even asking. If you are planning on a stay on Kos, this area of the island is quiet and picturesque to say the least. Having an option for an adult only resort was also a plus for us. Keep up the good work!"
"Stunning property. The renovation of the old mill is expertly done. The rooms are stunning and very thoughtfully put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
Stunning views across Kefalos bay.
Recommend you have a car or scooter. The hotel can help. They will help with taxis to the local town to a connected restaurant called Mylotopi which is an excellent place.
Tony who managed the hotel is so helpful. A super hardworking guy who’s always available to help. Nothing too much trouble. He really helped us settle in and relax."
"When we arrived fridge,TV and air-conditioning didn't work, repair man arrived within 30 mins to fix all 3.
Apartment was lovely, incredible views, wonderful staff, and lovely breakfast and pools."
