"Tiện nghi"

"The living space lobby, elevator, hallway and room are well maintained Staffs are polite and helpful. Hallway and elevator temperate are kind of warm (not hot) Way to and the Gym area are not used often hence they seem not well kept."

"Its a beautiful quite boutique hotel that provides a complimentary ferry ride to the city. The restaurant serves very good breakfast and dinner with very tasty food. I would most definitely stay there again. All the staff, especially in the kitchen, are friendly and happy to help."

"New location. Nice clean room. Very high sense of service. Staff goes the extra mile and take care of details. Nice location at Japanese quarter"

"The room was more than serviceable. I am not such a fan of a pedestal bed, but that’s what they do, the breakfast was top notch and the ability to grab a cold water or a beer anytime you like is great. And the laundry worked wonderfully. The only things I would work on was the water getting hot, not such a bad thing n this climate and isolating the smokers at breakfast. It seems a smoking quarter away from the eating and the ash trays would be good"

"Very good location, staff are very friendly. One thing was not good painting the hotel during our stay. We stayed in level 18 upgraded rooms and last three days of our stay we noticed few people are painting our floor and it wasn’t convenient as smell was not good. In overall we were happy but it could be much better"

"Very good."

"Great location. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff provided exceptional service. Breakfast is excellent."

"Very friendly staff. Accommodated with holding luggages at the property at no charge. Would definitely stay again."

"I got a very clean spacious and modernly furnished room on the 16th floor, overlooking the Saigon River and new bridge under construction. It was cool to watch the busy road and river traffic from up above during the day and at night. Breakfast was good with many choices to chose from, Skyview bar is going through renovations but I was well aware of this before booking. I loved the trail by the river and went jogging every morning. Very polite staff at front desk and all Bell Hoppers were...
