The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room. "It seems that the hotel is poorly managed. We arrived in the evening and ordered an in-room dining. We were promised the food in 30 minutes, but instead it took more than an hour to get it.
