"We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Xiropigado from June 02-11. We were a party of four adults (one senior). Apartment is facing east (stunning sunrises!) and has a gorgeous balcony wrapping around the apartment.Very private, quiet location next to the waterfront.Parking was provided inside the property, behind a locked gate.Nice little beach with crystal clear water is located some 60 steps down. Main village beach is 7 minutes walking. There are a few restaurants on the main beach where lounge beds are available (no rental fee; just order drinks).Apartment was clean and well stocked with pots, cutlery and other utensils. Washing machine is useful for longer stays. Our host Vassilis was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Thank you so much!We would love to come back! "

"The area offers so much history, culture, cuisine and nature, but it’s hard to resist the peacefulness, quality and views of the house alone. My friends and I can’t wait to return and I’m writing this just as we pass through the gate! We were a group of eight, with a couple of friends joining us from Athens for a day or two. The split levels, various lounge areas, beachside and poolside make for plenty of space. Paddle boards, pool floats, kayaks and more are provided to keep you entertained, too. One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning. "

"Incredible view across the bay. Large balcony from which to enjoy it. East facing so you get early sun and then shade, which keeps the apartment cool. Good parking - which is at a premium here. Small beach 100m away down some steps and the village beach and tavernas and a mini market a 5 minute walk away ( but hilly). The apartment has everything you need but it's a bit tired and dated. The bed is a small double and could do with a better mattress. There's building work next door at the moment (May25), which started up early. But I imagine that will be finished or stopped by the time the season gets going - worth checking with the host if it will bother you. The host was very apologetic about the noise - but it's not his fault. He was also very helpful throughout our stay if we needed anything"

"Very clean and relaxing property with a full sized very clean pool. Owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. Short walk to the sea and some local seafood restaurants, went to Delphina twice. "

"We picked Xiropigado off the map, having stayed previously in the next village up the coast (Kiveri). This apartment was an incredible find! My family of four felt right at home. We had plenty of room to spread out, and it was convenient to have both a second half bathroom and a washing machine (with a drying rack outside). The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to get most of what we needed from the small market in town. The BEST part of this rental, though, is its location above a beautiful private beach! It's rocky, like many in the area, but it's gorgeous and secluded. We spent many hours there, reading in the shade and cooling off in the clear water. It felt like our own little slice of heaven! In addition, our hosts were wonderful. They were responsive and incredibly friendly. We were sad to leave, but will hopefully return in the future!"
