"This property is RIGHT ON THE WATER. There is NO road to cross to get to the beach. The water actually touches the hotel and it is amazing! There are very few hotels in Greece that are on the water and many use deceptive marketing to make you think they are on the beach. Our room was so clean. The ceilings are very high and the rooms are modern with lovely furniture. The view of the sea from every dining area was stunning. The swimming in the ocean was fantastic and there are little hermit crabs you can pick up and show the kids. The beach is rocky so wear water shoes. Whomever designed this hotel thought of it all. The deck with sun chairs hugs the edge of the hotel and tapers down onto a little beach, so there are sun chair areas that are covered, in case of rain. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked in every style. There is a lovely restaurant on the premises. For lunch and dinner and you can order while at the beach. You can even take a walk down the promenade towards town and it is safe. We walked with the kids down to a park. I’ve been almost everywhere in Greece, islands and mainland Greece and this was my favorite hotel. Will stay again! "

"Billi is an awesome host, super accomodating, very responsive to requests and questions, very informative to the local area....can not say enough about her and her property. We did a week in Athens first, which is very busy and was not a relaxing portion of our vacation, nor did we expect it to be. We followed that week with a week in Billi's house in Perachora.....so glad we did. So easy to relax here, such a quite place to unwind and let the last weeks anxiety of crazy Athens uptempo life slide away. The trip to Hera's temple and swim at the beautiful Heraion Bay beach, and even swim in Lake Vouliagmeni from the side of the road (didn't try using the "resort" beach front places to rent a chair or lounger....just parked the car and hoped in the lake, it's awesome! We loved our time at her property, the grill area was accomodating for our family, the pool is such a welcome relief to the summer heat if we didn't make the trip to the lake or beach, the views are awesome, wether for breakfast with a coffee and pastry in the morning, or a beer or mixed drink in the evening at dusk. We really will be coming back!"

"Villa Aura is a cute hotel located on the outskirts of Loutraki. Accommodations were perfect for our stay. The hotel is only 3 years old, therefore everything is modern and up to date. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The chef Dimitri was wonderful and entertaining. Alexander one of the owners was accommodating and hospitable. Be prepared to go up and down some mountains but the trip is well worth it. If you are looking to just swim, lay out by the beach, read a book and eat well this is the perfect spot. "
