"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals!
