"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! "It’s a quality hotel. It’s far enough from metropolitans for quietness; yet, it’s close enough, 15~25 minutes rides, for any meetings in Taoyuan."

"The free shuttle only refers to the times given on website - from hotel to airport in the morning and from airport to hotel in the evening. There is very little in the area of the hotel- just a family mart across the road- but convenient location to the airport if you have a long transit. Staff were very polite and helpful! Rooms were big, clean and beds were excellent! "
