"The staff person who came to let me enter the hotel was friendly and helpful. She spoke fairly good English, but there was no staff available during my stay at the hotel. The bathroom has a three foot wall that creates a bathtub. It was difficult to get in and out of the bathtub/shower. The front door and the room door uses codes to enter, but I found the front door unlocked a number of times. "

"Lovely stay at the guesthouse. Very homey and welcoming. Wendy was an excellent host who helped us with ordering taxi and recommendations to nearby restaurants. The tatami beds were amazing comfortable. Other guests were respectful and we had no problems sharing common spaces. It was a pleasure staying at the restored Japanese house. Love the quiet residential neighborhood."

"Property is clean and tidy. Stayed 2 nights. Location is conveniently near to MRT & RuiFeng night market. Room given to me was a small room with mattress on the floor and attached toilet/shower. Small TV in the room. Could hear noises from adjacent room. Nice n quite large common areas with free coffee n tea n hot/cold water. No lift in property. Wifi is free & reasonably good."
