"The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, close to many popular attractions, trendy shopping malls, and traditional Beijing residential areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were fully met. I would especially like to mention Mr. 宋大明 (Mr. Song Daming). As foreigners, we had difficulty booking tickets to some museums, but Mr. Song patiently helped us plan our visits and made the bookings with us. Thanks to his thoughtful and dedicated assistance, our trip to Beijing was much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Thank you, Mr. Song!"

We mentioned it to them and one night they sent us up a cake and decorated the bed with two swans made out of towels and sprinkled rose petals on it. A very nice touch.
