"Me & my husband are very satisfy with our stay , the staffs from concierge ,check in counter, to housekeeping and servers in the restaurant and bars are all well trained, speak good English. They paid attention to small details . That makes a lot of difference. The concierge even help us booked a car for 2 pax to the airport, w/ his connection, It was upgraded to A big luxurious van . Truly satisfied !"

"A decent stay, nice spacious rooms in good condition. Beds are horrifically hard however, took sleeping on a lot of duvets to get a semi decent night's sleep, so unless you like a very firm bed, this may not be the comfort you're looking for. Lounge is OK, but food options are very limited and drinks only 5:30-7:30pm daily. Late checkout is a really nice bonus of suites / club rooms and the price was good! Next time I'll seek out somewhere with a softer bed, however."
