"The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water)."

"Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."

"Stayed for week with family of 6. Wish I could give 6 stars. Condos were very clean and well guarded 24 hours, always felt safe. Pool was fantastic, and they did a good job making sure everyone would get a chair by pool if they wanted. Location could not have been better. 2 min walk to 5th Ave, but far enough off that sound was never an issue. Could barely hear clubs at night if you were sitting on your patio, but inside was fine. "Ive stayed at Rons place a few times and have already booked for next year. You really cant go wrong with this place. Its close to the beach and 5th and a large grocery store. He has quite a few extras that most ppl miss. The bed is also very comfortable. Book it! Youll be happy you did!"

"The electric tiny stove is not hot enough to cook properly, the shower doesn't have enough water flow, the fridge takes 2 days to start cooling after is plugged in, air conditioning works but it takes half day to cool. Pool is ok, but is at the rooftop. "

"Stayed here 5 nights with my husband. Great places to stay, was clean, basic kitchen set up for cooking and location Location location right off 5th Ave, Starbucks, pharmacy, Oxxo and restaurants with in steps of condo. The only downside was that the mattress was a little to firm for my liking and there is no balcony or anywhere to hang dry wet clothes. I also didn't ask if there was a rack available so maybe there was one? I would definitely stay here again."

"Studio had everything you needed including a washer and dryer pretty nice size shower and good a/c which you don’t need to run Al day because the ceiling fan kept the place cool for most of the day. Location was great steps away from center of 5th avenue with lots of shops restaurants etc. Guess sevrvices and host were very helpful as the entry to location was behind a locked gate with entry to your apartment via a courtyard It was quite lovely? 5 star review overall clean garden atmosphere."
