"Superbe acceuil , Anja etait au petit soin avec nous a repondu à ttes nos attentes ,des randonnées dès la sortie du gîte ou pas tres loin du village(des cartes à disposition),le jardin juste magnifique pour les chiens et avec le gite on retourne effectivement "au bon vieux temps",vaisselle mobilier faire le feu etc tout y fait référence. "We had a lovely week. The property is pretty much without fault. Its very well equipped and everything is of a high standard and very clean. Very comfortable accommodation with lots of space and a fantastic swimming pool in a stunning location. We were very well looked after by Francoise and Denis. They didn't speak English but we knew that anyway but between us we got by ! Our boys had a great time and we will certainly consider returning."

"We had a lovely stay at this property which was conveniently located relatively close to the ski slopes and had all the amenities we needed. While there was a language barrier we managed to break it with the help of translation apps on the phone and the communication and flexibility of the host were great. The only surprise was that we had to pay extra for gas/electric and sheets and this was not clear on the description. The host did let us know once we booked which was great and we were fine...

"We had a nice week with our family in a fully and cosily furnished house. Even the (young) children were thought of! Friendly and helpful hostess, good communication, warm welcome. Nice environment for walking, cycling, near a lake. Even in bad weather it is pleasant to stay there We only found the street noise and the hard mattresses a minor drawback. Definitely recommended!"

"Dont judge a book by the cover. . The area around was industrial with a lot of car show rooms on a main road. Google maps showed the canal and River but you cant see these. HOWEVER, the welcome was warm and friendly. Between my poor French and the receptionist's broken English, we understood each other! The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a lovely court yard garden, with the rooms around. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside. We arrived on motorbikes, and immediately we were shown an area to park under a security camera. There were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. As we left, all the staff were cleaning and all said goodbye."
