"Love this hotel it was my fourth time staying there, but this time the juice machine was broken. The refrigerator was broken. There was a new lady that was stressing out that was doing the breakfast. I think it was overwhelming for her. She did fine, but I think she was stressing too much. For as much as I paid for this room, "

"I stayed here for two nights while visiting Dayton as part of a two-week vacation. This was easily the best hotel of the trip. Comfortable, clean, no noise issues. Room and shower were spacious. Convenient location. Only negative is the breakfast was mediocre, but almost no hotel has good breakfast anymore."

"The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are both excellent and the location is very good, at the University of Dayton. However, the walls of my room are very thin. I could hear every word coming from the TV in the next room. Also, the hallway carpet looks old and tired. It is clearly coming loose in several stretches of the hallway. "
