"This resort offers a quiet vacation environment. The pool area includes a shallow section suitable for sitting in the water, and there are many pool loungers on the pool ledge. However, it may be challenging to find a pool chair after 10am. The spa is well-maintained, and the staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Specific staff members, including Alfredo, Gricelda, and Lupe, provided attentive service. Although the staff are very helpful, the smaller size of the resort means that food options are limited. Those with simple eating preferences might find themselves eating the same meals daily. Despite this, the restaurant staff are wonderful and the food quality is good. The buffet provides a variety of options, and the sports bar stands out for its excellent service. The bar features multiple screens showing NHL and NBA playoffs, and the food is delicious. Alfredo, our butler and concierge, greatly enhanced our stay. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to ensuring all our needs were met was exceptional. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations! First thing when we checked in we had a room bracelet that made it so easy to access the room without the old card method. The room's view is heaven, facing the beach and the staff used to clean the windows every day from the humidity so you can see the beach. Also, the shower is fancy and comfortable. The entertainment staff were so nice and made it fun on the beach and the pool. The food was delicious in all of the restaurants and we tried all of them during our stay. The hotel had a show for 2 hours every night, other hotels are so boring at night if you have kids and you can't hang out in the bar. If you have kids, the hotel has a whole kids' area that has activities for the kids all day. The staff were so professional and nice. Jose translated our conversation with the taxi driver and communicated well with him for an hour. Room service quickly responded to any concerns or requests, when we ordered food in the room it arrived in 10 minutes hot and fresh. When we had an issue with the fridge, it was replaced in 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe, they took the taxi driver’s information, DL, and ensured that he was coming to us and that we ordered him. I recommend the hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back with the family "

"I have never left a review for a hotel stay but it just wouldn’t be right to not give a standing ovation for the excellent service we had at this resort. Before my arrival I had come across a few reviews that were negative so I had to stop myself because I didn’t want it to impact my experience. I’m glad I did. This was the most beautiful and most clean resort I’ve stayed in. We did not have a single issue with our room or the service . Every single person at this resort was beyond phenomenal. The people here and in playa del Carmen are some of the nicest, friendliest and positive people. Every single worker and I mean every single one had a smile and seemed to genuinely be interested in getting to know us and was happy we were staying at the resort. The view is amazing and it’s direct access to the beach. There are chairs to lay out at the beach so you don’t have to worry about that. Our stay was short and we didn’t get to try all the restraunts however the ones we did try were excellent. The food was fresh and good. Asiana was probably one of my favorites and Pelicanos as it has a beach view. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with fresh drinks and a cool towel. It’s a world class luxury experience. You are well taken care of and greeted with one of the most luxurious scents that is emitting from this air diffusing device they have. You literally can smell it outside the hotel. My friend and I loved it so much we plan on purchasing one."
