"Didn't like having to pay a damage deposit sprung on me, after I had booked and paid. Place was cheap so wasn't expecting too much....that is what I got. Mattresses were awful and downstairs communal toilet was disgusting. Good kitchen and cooking facilities."

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "A beautiful, welcoming, clean and airy hotel, with an abundance of facilities, including a pool and spa facilities. It came recommended to us by my friend, who visits it regularly. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and catered for vegan and gluten free well. The location was a distance from town but it was situated next to the train station (Cambridge North) and buses outside the entrance. The parking was plentiful - the station car park run privately, that backs onto the hotel. It can be paid for online, when you park. "
