"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. "Very modern and clean, close to the University campus, and across the road from Winterbourne House and Gardens. Breakfast was standard, and the on-site car park is a bit small (although there is overflow in the multi-story 100m away). The safe in my room didn't work, though. Overall, a pleasant trip."

"We Checked in for a two day stay, the second day the room key didn’t work, it was only programmed for one day. There was no water on the hospitality tray although there was a sign that said please enjoy our water etc etc, we weren’t aware that we would have to pay for parking our car at the hotel this was 10 pound for 24 hours, then only to get home and receive a text from ring go that we owed £3.27 although we paid £20.00 to the receptionist,"
