"During a slow month we had an excellent stay! Very clean and welcoming place. The lobby and lounge were a great place to catch up with friends. The gift shop had a large selection of items to purchase. Just a note - this property was just receiving new MATTRESSES :) Spring 2026"

"Undergoing renovations so elevator not available. Breakfast not available, though they had take-away bags with fruit & granola bags, etc. The room was lovely. The rest will be too when it is finished. A very nice hotel."

"Previous multiple visits have been superior in all respects. This most recent stay was diminished due to a hair and debris clog in the bathroom sink. However, staff did respond to my complaint immediately. All other hotel features remained superior, which included front desk staff and especially Stacy Ann in the restaurant. I also commended the restaurant manager for the hospitality, excellent menu, and food. The hotel has consistently served as a home away from home during our business trips to Cheyenne. We look forward to our next business trip in two weeks."
