But a coat of paint clean grout and bedding that had been ironed would make all the difference Drink at the bar was very expensive compared to other bars in the town. "It was a lovely little Inn and the Village area very pretty. The room itself was nice; however smaller than what was expected as was the bed which was not that comfortable. We seemed to be the only people there which I found odd given when I booked it appeared the Inn was sold out. Breakfast was do it yourself with bread, cereal etc available in a small room next to the entrance. There is no one on site and instructions for getting in were provided by email. The room would be great for...

"Stayed here for a wedding in nearby Morpeth and was well impressed. The owner and her family were superb hosts, and nothing wax too much trouble. Breakfast superb, rooms clean and comfy, and 72 free parking round the back of the property make it a great base for a long weekend to explore the area. Would happily return!"
