"Spacious home, with lots of little sitting areas for everyone to have quiet time on their own. We enjoyed being walking distance from the Root River Trail. Short drive to Lanesboro where there was plenty to do.We were lucky to be in Lanesboro for the Rhubarb Festival, which was enjoyed by all. We also went to the The Mane Theatre for an excellent satire, "The Outsider". Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home."

"Very pleased!! Enjoyed my week. Simple check in. Clean cute log cabin. Accurate description listed, manager responsive, great communication and responded to messages in a timely manner, beautiful scenery, loved sitting on the peaceful front porch, felt safe as a lady staying alone with a swing bar door lock inside and some outdoor soft lights at night and semi- remote location, comfortable bed, outhouse clean, lightly audible nearby highway road noise - not bothersome at all, some airplane noise...

We had plenty of room to hang out and everything was very comfortable. The children really enjoyed the air hockey table as well as the slide from the upstairs game room to the outdoors. "I liked that the cabin is fairly isolated. It was a great location to watch and photograph the Perseid meteor shower. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like is the lack of running water at the cabin. A very minor issue for me as someone who has done a lot of camping. I would definitely consider staying here again some time. "
