The apartment is very quiet and can accommodate three people. It has its own parking space. You are in a few minutes on foot on the beach or in the center. In the immediate vicinity on the south beach there is a bakery, butcher, shops and restaurants. Washer and dryer are available for a fee in the community cellar in the neighboring house. The 45m² apartment on the first floor has a shower room, a separate bedroom and a combined living and dining room with a built-in kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. WiFi and satellite TV are also included.
