"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"The James was a centrally located home base for a fun weekend in Manhattan. The room was surprisingly large. The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed quiet. Service was quick. The only strange thing is that you had to call reception to get a hair dryer. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of."
