"We wanted a place to stay just to relax and let our Labrador retriever to swim and play and this place turned out to be perfect! We spent most of our time sitting outside atop the little hill it sits on watching boats go by and listening to the birds. If you’re looking for a private little lake cabin, this one is great! "This little place is perfect for a nice getaway! Close to the water, clean, very nice quiet property! If you are looking to relax or get on the lake, this is the place!!"

"For what was offered the place was over priced. Inadequate/mismatched cooking utensils. No garbage disposal. No CATV everything was internet so because host and family speed was slow. Tobias was slow to answer questions. The family cat was friendlier than the host. At the end we asked to stay another 30 days but that was not possible. Looking back I’m glad we left! All in all. Our experience was just ok!"

"This establishment is located in the back of a commercial center just off I-49 between Joplin, Missouri, and Bentonville, Arkansas. It provides a very adequate place to lay over one night while en route, though it would be less well suited to extended stays. The room was ample and comfortable enough, especially in consideration of the very modest rate charged. The television and wifi in the room both worked as expected, though the indoor pool was out of service, a minor disappointment since I visited in the summer. The bed was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was satisfying enough to meet my expectations for an Econo Lodge or competing budget-priced hotels. Overall, my experience was a good one, fulfilling my modest expectations for basic but decent accommodations at a low price."
