Wir kommen nun schon 12 Jahren in den Cuxland Ferienpark und haben dadurch bereits diverse Häuser „erleben“ dürfen. Dieses Haus verdient einfach mal eine Überholung !!! Es begann damit, dass eine Lichtschalter/Steckdosenleiste (Lichtschalter für Wohnzimmer und Küche!) komplett unbrauchbar war (allerdings hat sich die Rezeption sehr professionell der Sache angenommen. Dann war der Kamin nicht sauber , sondern die Asche von den Vorgängern noch drin. In den beiden Kinderbetten fielen die Lattenroste beim Insbettgehen auseinander… und was richtig nervig war: kein funktionierendes Internet. Das WLAN war zwar vorhanden aber keine Verbindung nach extern zum Internet. Bei bekannten Problem, welches nach Durchsicht von früheren Rezessionen wohl seit Jahren besteht - ein echtes no Go !! Als letztes: das Haus besitzt keine Mikrowelle - ein Küchenutensil, welches von in ein Ferienhaus gehört. Nun das Positive: sehr schöner Blick auf den Deich und das Haus ist auch sehr gut gelegen in der Anlage. Alles in allem 2-3 Punkte von 5.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit viel Holz. Gute Ausstattung und viel Platz. Die Terasse ist vom Weg nicht einsehbar und es ist extrem ruhig. Gute Anbindung nach Cux- und Bremerhaven. Direkt am Deich, man muß aber etwas laufen um dahin zu kommen. Trotz winterlicher Temperaturen (-7°) war es im Haus immer warm. Empfehlenswert.

Unser Urlaub war gut. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas eng. Ruhige Lage. Gut wäre, wenn wir vom Inmobilienbüro ein Lageplan erhalten hätten. Auch wo die Müllentsorgung ist. Das wlanpasswort mussten wir telefonisch nachfragen. Optimierung ist angesagt.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem.Wlan gibt es nicht. Es laufen überall Ameisen herum, das war nervig und der Sonnenschirm ist defekt.Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen.
