"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. The bed looks to be on the cheaper side and i was concerned we were going to fall through it, and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable that i left with back pain that actually hurt me to breath. "The home is large enough to comfortably have a group of mums and their kids stay for a catch up. There is a terrific park just across the road which is great for play areas and long walks. Kitchen is great for cooking meals and the table is large enough for everyoneThe house is lovely but needs some TLC to be at it's best. The bed in the master bedroom has a very, very firm mattress. You may need to bring along a padded mattress protector or a soft quilt to sleep on on top of the 2 x mattress...

A renovated classic Queenslander in a stunning location with Mt Cootha and its amazing tracks close by, and delicious cafes and takeaway food within a few hundred meters. Poppy is a warm, generous host who provided a range of goodies for us. We loved this place and hope to return!"
