"Pobyt w tym apartamencie był dotychczas moim najgorszym! Bardzo się zawiodłam, kiedy okazało się że oprócz opłaty za pobyt na jedną noc muszę zapłacić za usługę sprzątania 120 zł! O czym dowiedziałam się dopiero gdy dokonałam rezerwacji przez internet (bez możliwości zwrotu w przypadku anulowania). Zadzwonił do mnie Pan i powiedział, że obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata za sprzątanie pytając kiedy zamierzam tej opłaty dokonać... Jak zapytałam czy mogę dokonać tego podczas wymeldowania otrzymałam...

"Room was ok. But there was a few faults with the room. Broken door handle and faulty light and broken shower bracket. Even the painting standards of the room need to be looked at also. Location wise was good close to the tram line and a shopping mall close by too. "
