Fantastic stay!

My friend and I had an exceptional stay while we attended an event in Wroclaw. Very friendly and service-minded staff and the hotel itself is amazing. We loved everything about it and if ever returning to Wroclaw there is no need to look for another hotel.

Not my best stay, sorry

I chose the premises due to their proximity to the Olympic stadium where my marathon strarted. My first impression was good, the staff were ever so friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was very well selected with excellent quality food. But, now comes the dark side. My bathroom was not clean on both nights of my stay, the bathtub was very hard to get into, it is probably 65-70cm high, definitely not safe, the shower hand was broken. House keeping was not up to standard, I must say. The young lady whom l complained to was ever so understanding and kind, she even personally delivered the missing coffe bags to my room. Sadly I chose to leave the hotel on my third and last night in Wroklaw. l did not regret it.

Romantic boutique hotel

Grape is a five-star boutique hotel in a peaceful park area. Wroclaw’s Japanese Garden is nearby the hotel. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant serves good wines and variety of luxurious dishes. Definitely want to return!

Unser nunmehr 7. Aufenthalt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel in Polen. Wie hatten vier Zimmer aus drei Kategorien. Alles an diesem Hotel (ironischerweise die deutsche Bausubstanz ausgenommen) ist höchst mittelmäßig. Die Polen haben nach wie vor kein Verständnis für Qualität. Das Personal ist nur freundlich wenn es einen guten Tag hat, geputzt wird hektisch und ungenau. Die Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand aber mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, viele davon eigentlich leicht kaschierbar und dennoch da. Der im Internet angepriesene Pool existiert einfach nicht mehr. Keine Info dazu, keine Entschuldigung, wir mussten auf eigene Kosten in ein Bad fahren, um das versprochene Wellness zu erleben.

Likes: Nice, clean, quiet room. Good wines and food although more extensive menu would make me to dine there every evening. Good location. Dislikes: The light coming on too late while stepping out of the elevator - creepy. Bathtub that is slippery. And bad, bad breakfast pancakes without maple syrup. They should stick to crepes.

Great location for wine...lovers

Very comfortable hotel close to city centre. Furniture, decoration - style is a bit kitschy - and room names as well recall wines. Parking inside the hotel area is not free of charge !

stayed for business. restaurant closed early and there is no lobby or working area as such. however for a personal trip I would say its a great little hotel and the staff were excellent.

Beautiful hotel , excellent staff , fantastic food and fabulous pool. The only slight negative , it would be lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. If you're looking for city centre location the Grape is not for you, but if you want a great , quirky hotel with helpful staff then stay here

An elegant place to stay in Wroclaw

Was just there for one evening, so I was unable to take advantage of all this hotel offered. The building is elegant and historic, the room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished, and the staff very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again!

Great meal gone wrong

Unfortunately two things went wrong, traveling with another couple and the hotel kept mixing up the charges to the room. Second thing catfish was under cooked and presented in an undesirable manner. Not close to the old town

Recommendation / Empfehlung

Everything was as expected, room, service and breakfast. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near the centennial hall (and the fountain), with good connection into town via tram. I enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and choose again. (Showering in the bathtub might be difficult for elderly guests.)

Nettes Hotel am Park im nicht saniertem Villenvier

Sehr angenehmes Hotelpersonal, Das Hotel selbst ist mit 13 Zimmer eher familiär. Netter Pool im Keller, Sauna im Fitnessraum neben dem Poolraum ohne Ausgang nach draußen. Das Restaurant ist öffentlich und wohl eines der besten der Stadt. Das Frühstück ist für ein 5-Sterne-Haus nicht ausreichend eher mit dem guten Frühstück im Motel One zu vergleichen, außer das Warme Speisen auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet werden. Für den günstigen Preis aber absolut zu empfehlen!

Byłem w tym hotelu po raz kolejny, ciężko znaleźć jakieś obszary do poprawy ponieważ hotel jest świetny. Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, szczególnie Pani na recepcji podczas mojego wyjazdu. W tym hotelu nie ma problemu ze spełnieniem jakiejkolwiek prośby a ja to bardzo cenię. Bardzo dziękuję i do zobaczenia :)
