This updated, top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

Key Features: Ocean front, covered patio, pool & tennis court.

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! Gorgeous updated condo on the beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated with a bright open spacious style. Great location right on the beach - more quiet and relaxing of a location, yet still very close to drivable places. Checking in and out went smoothly. We would stay there again!

This was our 13th year staying at Dune Ridge and Hellon’s place by far was the nicest. Beautiful upgraded and it was so nice to have an additional bathroom. We have already booked again for next year.

We have stayed in many different condos in different states over the years, and this was by far the nicest. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating in the living room. The condo was bright and well decorated, and all the kitchen amenities were provided. Easy check in, easy departure. Great vacation!

I always wanted to stay on the beach. This condo was perfect! Amazing location, walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sand toys, games/puzzles in unit. Layout of the condo is very roomy. The best part was watching the sunrise from our balcony. Would definitely return!

Best place to stay even in a hurricane!! UNCW Family weekend!

We were in town visiting for UNCW family weekend! This place was amazing. Arrived really late in the evening. All the beds were made and ready to sleep.! Linens were also amazing and beds were very comfortable! Host had several bottles of water there for us and also snacks. Perfect stay even in a hurricane!! we were able to enjoy the beach on the last day. There were even chairs and beach towels everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Definitely will return.

Wrightsville Beach

Condo is wonderful and all just as stated. Kitchen very well supplied with everything you need. Beautiful views and comfortable and convenient location. Two pack and plays and a high chair are provided which was very useful. I would definitely rent again. The things I would bring with me next time are my own sleeping pillows and my own bath towels. There are plenty of beach towels supplied which is very nice. A couple of the beach chairs are falling apart due to sand/salt and you need to bring your own umbrella/ shade if wanted. Especially loved that the storage room with the beach supplies is so close to the beach access. Very convenient. The pool is very large and quite nice with lots of chairs and a few umbrellas. I hope the owner may some day consider adding more furniture to the outside deck because it’s such a nice place to sit.

Beautiful Condo, Fabulous View

This is our second stay in this lovely condo. The hosts think of everything to make your stay eminently enjoyable and comfortable. We will return because we cannot imagine a nicer, better located place to stay. Highly recommended.
