The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. "The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
