"Arrived at approximately 10.30pm and we were surprised to find we had been upgraded. The young girl at reception was very helpful as a couple of weeks ago when staying there I left my phone charger there but unfortunately it hadn't been handed in."

"We booked a junior suite for our stay. Hotel management upgraded us to a junior suite with a walk out to the hotel’s private gardens which the room had its own private patio seating within the garden. Welcome/check in: extremely pleasant. Eliecer checked us in, showed us the hotel amenities and took us to our room. The room: was a Jr Suite and the pictures on their website for this hotel are 100% accurate. Spacious room with a large soak tub and bath salts are supplied. Bathroom is spacious. Had a closet area and place to hang coats and bench to put on/take off shoes at the room’s entrance. Small but nice mini bar is included, as well as tea kettle with excellent brand of teas and nespresso maker. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the amenities and room comfort overshadowed the mattress. In spite of being on 1st floor, room was quiet. Food: we ate in the small bar and it’s a nice area to have a drink and quick bite. The staff was lovely. We had breakfast included in our booking, and it was plenty, including a few hot food items. I appreciated the fresh fruit they had every morning. The best peaches I’ve eaten in Europe in all my travels. The only complaint was the coffee; it wasn’t great. Location: excellent. Residential street that is steps away from transportation m, restaurants, everything. I loved how quiet it was, bc it was a respite from the touring. Overall: this hotel and staff get an A+. I’d return without question. We felt like VIPs here."

"Fabulous staff front of house and bar at breakfast Especially Manisha and Meira who just went into super support mode in helping me with acute anxiety and just sorted my flights when I couldn’t. Just superb and admirable when the front desk was pretty busy. All praise to them. And thanks"

"Perfect location. We took the bus from Heathrow to Hatton Cross Station. Right across the street! Our hotel room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals and we asked to change rooms.The receptionist was very gracious and kind, immediately gave a new room. My husband used the exercise room and loved it. Dinner is primarily Indian cuisine, not my favorite, as I don't tolerate spicy foods well. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Most convenient stay near Heathrow at a great price. Take the bus! It's only a pound, taxis can be VERY pricey!!!!!"

"Very simple place to stay for a transit day. The rooms are very small but they aren't hiding that. You know what you're getting and for a layover night, it's perfect. Everything is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff are polite and helpful and it's very nearby to the train and bus station ."
