From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, with a lovely balance of modern comfort and traditional charm. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea and coffee facilities, quality toiletries, and fast, free Wi-Fi. One of the standout features is the pub and restaurant on-site. The food was absolutely delicious—generous portions, well-cooked, and served promptly by friendly staff. The views of the canal just outside added a really peaceful touch to the dining experience. Location-wise, the Boat and Horses is perfectly situated for exploring both Oldham and nearby Manchester, with great transport links and a quiet setting that’s ideal for unwinding after a busy day.
