nice and friendly

Nice hotel in a good location. Very friendly service and helpful. The room had a big fan which was much needed during a couple of very hot nights. The shower is small which is typical for Europe, but worked great.

Wir waren etwas zu früh am Hotel, zufällig war die Chefin Vorort und wir konnten einchecken. Dies ist eine Ausnahme. Denn Personal ist Mangelware und nur an bestimmten Zeiten vor Ort. Der Begriff Hotel ist etwas übertrieben, ich würde sagen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Petit hôtel tranquille; confortable et propre; escalier d'entrée un peu raide ! déjeuner très agréable; service très sympathique; salle du déjeuner manque un peu de lumière le maximum est tiré de la configuration des lieux. manque des écouteurs pour la TV; certains hôtes oublient qu'ils ne sont pas seuls dans l'hôtel.Mais le service y remédie très rapidement.merci.

Super beliggenhed.

Det var et rigtig godt ophold, meget venlige mennesker over det hele og en rigtig festlig morgenmadsbuffet. Det var fantastisk at have udsigt til både katolsk domkirke, protestantisk kirke og rådhus. Værelset var fint rengjort og der var plads til lille sofa og lænestolsområde med bord. Eneste minus for os var, at der ikke var mulighed for at de kunne opbevare vores bagage, da vi skulle rejse lidt senere end check-out tid. Men ellers en rigtig god oplevelse. Linda

Mycket bra bemötande av engelsktalande personal. Fint rum som var fräscht och rent. God frukost, men kaffet var lite för svagt för vår smak. Centralt beläget, lägg att hitta parkering på gatan. Hundvänligt!

You'd be better off in THE SHINING

STAY AWAY ! This place is located in the worst part of Frankfurt. It was summer, couldn't open windows. There was a fan that only worked on low. The neighborhood smells like urine, and at night the homeless and drunks fight and yell and break bottles all night. Plus, you hear a tram passing constantly. The shower was clogged. There are literally beggars outside. I travel Europe cheaply constantly. This was insane. RUN AWAY. It makes you depressed about what is happening in European cities. Seriously, it's gross. If you want to be hot, miserable, and have no sleep, this is the place for you.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut! Das Hotel liegt zentral ganz in der Nähe des Doms und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich keine 100m entfernt. Leider war das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe, renovierungsbedürftig - v.a. das Bad.

Einfaches, aber gemütliches Hotel in Top-Lage!

Einfaches, aber aureichendes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet - sofern man keine übertriebenen Ansprüche stellt. Auch das Frühstück ist durchaus in Ordnung und bietet alles, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Punkten kann das Hotel aber vor allem durch das extrem freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Personal!!

Sehr ordentliches zentrales 2 Sterne Hotel

Wir bekamen ein ruhiges Zimmer. Es kam wenig Tageslicht herein. Dafür war alles neu renoviert und das Bad schön. Das Frühstück war ordentlich, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.Die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir in der Garage sicher unterstellen. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
