"Staff were awesome from the first moment to the last. Lovely check-in person and front desk staff. Clean room, clean hallways, fantastic location. Excellent breakfast buffet although very busy one day (but there was a conference)! I definitely recommend the hotel. We are cycling from Copenhagen to Belgrade and stayed in Bratislava 2 nights - I would have stayed 3 if I knew how great it was! I also recommend the Gatto Matto for dinner! Fantastic!"

"Very clean rooms, very helpful staff,very good Continental breakfast, tea/coffee facilities available throughout the day plus microwave oven and room safe for added security. Located in a pleasant residential area just outside the main town. One needs transport to go into town but the bus top is located near the hotel. We found it easier to book a Bolt taxi for 5 only euros. Also located near the train station but did not find the noise to be of any real problem. Car parking is also available. Very good value for the price."

"Great location. You have from excellent food options to shopping walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly which means alot to me. The rooms are smaller than what we are used to in America but still cozy and just enough space. Rooms are very clean, and housekeeping staff are amazing. One call for extra towels or blanket and the next 2 minutes they are already at the room. Loved that! Will definitely stay here again if opportunity presents."

"It was a good stay overall. I got my own room but it was on the top floor which is an attic. It was hard going on the side of the bed towards the window. The shower door is broken and they need more shower gel for clients. It was a clean property and didn't have any smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus because most of the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from there."
