Staff is not present in the hotel for help. I booked this hotel through Expedia. They also tried to contact the hotel but no one is there for help. After that Expedia arranged another hotel

"Ac was wonderful in the heatwave. Parking underground was tight but safe and a great place to leave thw car while we toured around. Our room had a loud noise from the fan and they moved us no issue. It was a close walk to the tram . Highly recommend"
