"The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. "Great location near the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. "

"Browns was an excellent hotel - only stayed for one night but wish we were there for longer. Will definitely go back. We were upgraded to an apartment which was great to have the extra space with a Juliette balcony overlooking the river. Food was excellent had lunch and breakfast was included and couldn’t fault it. Apartment had a fully working kitchen with fresh milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. No car park but the pay and display was very close by so very easy and it cost about £11 for 24 hours which I didn’t feel was bad. Staff were great and accommodating and efficient- can’t wait to come back for longer next time. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking very easy, there was even a little local shop/post office in the carpark. Only a short drive into Worcester. Located in a small village & we found nice walks acroos the road. Very handy for those who have dogs with them. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of choice on the menu. Breakfast was superb and absolutely set us up for the day. Evening meals were delicious, steak with peppercorn sauce on last evening was to die for. "

We were hoping for a quiet relaxing weekend from our busy working life and that's exactly what we got.You could here a pin drop at t night.....great for a get away from it all chill weekend."

"An old farm house with small guest rooms and very nice sitting areas on the main floor. Good location but a little tricky to find as it is very close to the roundabout and the Blue Bell Farm sign is small and easy to miss. "
