The logistics of the loo and hot tub was at opposite end of the property just not feasible when the rules clearly state you can not hang wet clothing and such in the tent. Ordered an extra expecting the local rose’ with chocolates for my partner to enjoy and got flowers (not even a ‘rose’ in the bunch) with chocolates. "Perfect for a peaceful reatreat from the world. Private space, well equipped, super clean. Great host who privided some little extras which were very welcome. Hot tub and outdoor shower always a bit hit. Would defintely recommended for those looking for some quiet, tranquil time. Thanks."

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity."
