"If you need to get in contact with the hotel about your reservation good luck. No one answers ever. Called over 20 times over 4 days during working hours and was never able to reach someone there or over email."

"Very nice hotel a short walk from Stratford train station and Westfield shopping centre. Friendly reception with free welcome drink which was appreciated. A really nice room with excellent, quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed. The only negative was bar staff were more interested in their phones than serving customers but this seems to be the norm in England so not unique to this hotel."
