Perfectly positioned in a prime coastal location, this charming three-bedroom beach house offers ocean views and direct beach access just metres from the Wooli River. Set atop a dune in the heart of Wooli Village, it captures the essence of relaxed seaside living.

Reminiscent of old-fashioned beach holidays, this delightful shack brings back memories of lazy days spent swimming, fishing, surfing, and unwinding by the shore. It"s the ideal place to slow down and reconnect with family and friends.

Upstairs features a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that takes full advantage of the beautiful outlook. The space flows effortlessly onto the outdoor deck perfect for relaxing with a book, sharing a barbecue, enjoying board games, or simply soaking up the sea breeze.

Downstairs feels like a self-contained retreat, complete with beds, a lounge area, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom/laundry. (Please note that the downstairs section is accessed via an external staircase.)

The property is fully fenced with a high boundary for added privacy. It is pet-friendly, with pets welcome outside only.

Reviewer Comments: Started off abit rough after a long trip as the hot water was not on and were unable to shower for several hrs until the water heated up.The location is amazing. Extra points to this rental as it caters for upstairs and down stairs tenants.However a door runner on the rear downstairs door may help keep the little crabs out. It's not a nice feeling waking up and stepping on a tiny crab.

We had such a beautiful family holiday at Frangipani Cottage. I loved how close we were to the beach and being able to take our dog was so lovely. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location but very dirty and very mouldy downstairs. All blinds and fittings are covered in mould. 10/10 for location and the house has everything you need.

If you're expecting a great place to wind down with friendly locals a great pub and a general store to cater for most of the things you forgot to bring, then this is the place for you. Beauty, serenity, beaches, fishing, a great laid back vibe. Come but be cool:)

Lovely Wooli

We love Wooli, one of the few remaining old style beach communities. Friendly people, great pub and amazing environment where the crappy developersare banned, apart from the few builders with no taste who got in. Our place was great, fantastic views and light. The only thing i would change is to put a longer lounge upstairs so you can stretch out. Apart from that, perfect.

Excellent location!

Excellent location, beautiful place to stay unwind and relax! Cleanliness was a bit poor but we didn’t care! We would stay there again! Bowling club was good nice staff, the other club was nice too but staff were a bit rude! Other locals and neighbours were lovely thanks for having us!

Very disappointed with the booking agent

There was no reminder of the booking except the initial booking 3 months ago where I foolishly paid the full amount of $900. Life was very busy the past 3 months and with no reminder from the booking agent or followup -we didn't make our arrival on the dates and thus lost all monies paid up front. WE are very disappointed as most booking agents always send a pre-booking/arrival email.

Awesome views of Wooli beach and river. Excellent central location in Wooli. Loved the two levels with dual living areas to give some space for the kids. Secure yard for dog. Ample storage for boat, bikes and kayaks in lock up garage. Clean and well presented. Highly recommend

Best Holiday House Ever!!

This is the best holiday house!! We woke to the most magnificent view every morning. We could see dolphins and whales splashing around in the ocean from the kitchen and loungeroom. Everything was very clean and anything we could possibly have needed was provided. The beds were super comfy! You can walk straight out to the beach for a morning walk and return home to sit in comfort and look at the ocean while having breakie!! Fabulous!!!

Very dusty and mould growing a everything

Didn't enjoy our stay and ended it early due to extreme mould through out the house, on curtains, cushions, door tracks, on top of pantry, ceiling, air con and more. Was not cleaned either, dusty and fat and water on blinds, lounge had oils from human skin on it and a spring had gone I the lounge too.
