"We were on the Katy Trail then our bikes were accommodated, the beds were comfortable no issues there. Our biggest complaints were staff inside the casino and the restaurant. Never being in a casino before I didn't know how to go about anything. And where you get your players card lets just say after multiple visits to the counter we finally got it figured out. Bar staff and floor staff were great. At the restaurant we ordered at 9:20pm for a 10pm close. The waitress didn't check on us after our food was delivered until 10pm and then I tried to order a 2nd sandwich to go because it was so good. She tried to inform me it was to late to order. I stated if she had come to check on us in the last 20 minutes it wouldn't be to late. She reluctantly put it in and informed us she was doing her closing stuff. We never got offered desserts either I'm sure because getting out was more important than costumer service. Funny thing is if she had touched our table more we would have been able to have dessert and not have to go to the bar for drinks refills. So the restaurant was they least favorite part, and it didn't have to be."

"Checking in, the staff was great, very kind and helpful. I was there for school and she made a note to put me in a quiet area. I was able to study in the lobby each night, wifi was strong enough to watch recorded lectures. Good food and groceries nearby, easy access to interstate."
