"My first room was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night. There were stains on the pillow cases, a ball of hair next to the tub, hair in the hand towel, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was a pair of dried up contact lenses on the night-stand. After complaining, I was given a new room. While the linens appeared to be cleaner, I didn’t feel comfortable and purchased my own pillowcases and a blanket at Target. "My room was filthy. The floors were not cleaned at all. It was old dirty towels from a previous stay in our bathroom. There were no rooms to switch to. I did not realize all of the single and double rooms had exterior doors to outside and not opening into a hallway. The breakfast was good. Check in took a long time to get room keys. Parking was fine but the room was terrible."
