"I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there."

"We booked online got there got 2 rooms and total horror, Prostitution heavy drug area. People hanging around rooms were aweful, there was blood on bed sheet, a big punch hole in Bathroom door as well as bathroom door in 3 separate parts one of the doors had big wide gap at bottom of door, could see through and any snake or critter could have slid in. "

"The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'."
